On May 23, a jubilee concert titled “Here Is Love” was held at the Tbilisi State Concert Hall, celebrating the distinguished Georgian singer and musician Eka Kvaliashvili.
After a 30-year hiatus, the beloved performer of the Georgian public returned to the stage of the grand concert hall. Her audience had long yearned for her artistry and the charm of her voice — a sentiment clearly reflected by the sold-out venue and the emotional reception.
The highlight of the evening was the premiere of a new song titled “In Georgia, Georgians Do Not Die!”, with lyrics by the widely admired Tinatin Mgvdelishvili and music composed by Eka Kvaliashvili herself. This powerful and patriotic piece was dedicated to the fighters who gave their lives for the unity of Georgia.
The event sparked great interest and received widespread acclaim across the country — the concert was recorded for television broadcast by Imedi TV.
The project was supported by the Ministry of Culture of Georgia and the Tbilisi City Municipality.
